Jenny’s Nannies & Home Staff, a domestic home placement agency, was founded by Jenny Fitzgerald in 2021. Jenny has more than 25 years of experience assisting families in the Atlanta area and throughout the United States. She works diligently to find nannies and household staff professionals who fit perfectly into a family.
She applies her love of working with families to determine what they need and how to use the employee’s time efficiently. Jenny is also aware of keeping things cost-effective. Jenny only represents candidates who have a true love for working in a home setting–each one hand-selected for her families.

Jenny’s deep commitment to families extends far beyond her professional expertise. As a mother, she understands the challenges and joys that come with raising a family. Married with two grown sons, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, Jenny’s personal experiences have shaped her nurturing approach.
In her spare time, she enjoys swimming and volunteering at dog rescues. Alongside her husband, Don, they foster and rescue dogs, with a special focus on senior dogs. Family time is precious to Jenny, whether it’s at the lake with loved ones or cheering on her grandchildren as they play golf, volleyball, and baseball.
Jenny’s family is her greatest source of inspiration, fueling her passion for helping other families thrive. Below, you’ll find a few cherished photos of her children and grandchildren, who are at the heart of everything she does.

Ashley is a cherished member of our team who brings warmth and dedication to everything she does. As a loving mother of three children, Ashley understands the joy and busyness that come with raising a family. Her days are filled with supporting her kids in their golf, volleyball, and dance activities. She also finds time to balance the roles of a devoted wife and mom to two dogs and a cat. Ashley’s love for family extends beyond her own, and she is always ready to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed.
In Ashley’s spare time, she likes the perfect cup of coffee or spending time outdoors paddleboarding and rollerblading. Her caring nature and enthusiasm for life make her a perfect fit for Jenny’s Nannies. Ashley brings her heart and experience to every family she supports.
